100% MULBERRY SILK
Our silk adornments are lovingly crafted with organic, A grade 100% pure mulberry silk. Our slow and conscious craft ensures a unique, high quality piece every time. We sustainably and ethically source our silk and the natural dye matter used to colour it.
HAND DYED WITH NATURE
We only ever use natural dye stuff which has derived from the Earth itself. For this reason, we refer to our silk adornments having been dyed with 'living colour'. Living colour yields a more complex and interesting result which simply cannot be replicated with synthetic dyes. Each piece has been hand dyed in small batches in here in our Somerset studio. Dying by hand, with nature, means that no two of our pieces are the same, which each one harbouring its very own unique nuances. We embrace the 'imperfectly perfect' nature of our products.
BEAUTIFULLY PRESENTED
We believe first impressions are everything. We pride ourselves on providing a full immersive experience when unpackaging our products. Each of our silk ribbons is beautifully presented, hand rolled around a wooden spool as standard. We package our orders in recyclable black kraft paper and our signature branding materials. There is also the option to upgrade to our oversized painted wooden spools as pictured.
BESPOKE HAND CALLIGRAPHED RIBBON
We've teamed up with the talented Maria Elizabeth Designs to offer bespoke calligraphy silk ribbons. The ultimate timeless wedding heirloom, have your silk ribbons personalised using words that are special and unique to you. With paint, these words are delicately inscribed using the art of calligraphy.
